Member of the Year Installation
Feb 2, 2025 1:00 pm
The installation of the 2024 Member of the Year plaque on the COTB stanchion at The Automobile Gallery will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025. If you’d like to join us, we’ll be gathering at 1:00 PM.

This will be the perfect opportunity to enjoy the amazing and beautiful Automobile Gallery. If you’ve never been, you’ll be amazed at the automotive history presented. If you’ve been there in the past, TAG is always changing and bringing in new vehicles, so a stroll around the museum on a cold winter day is perfect!

Per Darrel Burnett of The Automobile Gallery, there will not be an entrance fee. This is a special presentation, and everyone is welcome free of charge.

Following the installation, we will be heading down the street to Fox Harbor Pub and Grill for some more celebrating. Please join in the festivities!

Thanks again to you all!

Dinner run on August 29th to The Landing 450 1st Street, in Menominee menomineelanding.com
The Landing has been sold but they have the same menu options. The new owners have trained on all of the menu items with the former chef, Ron Berg. We had dinner there a couple weeks ago and the food was very good.

Meet at the Citgo/Burger King on County B just off hwy 41 (1535 Sunset Beach Rd, Suamico) at 5:00 and leave at 5:20. The run will take 1hr 15mins. Depending on the time I may take a little tour in Menominee just to show off the cars.

We will travel on County B east to County J. We will turn left on J and make our way to Little Suamico where we will turn right onto County S. We will stay on S until we hit Oconto where we will take a right on County Y. That will take us to Peshitgo. There is one stop light we may get split up. After the light we will cross a bridge and staying to the right we will take County B. If the last car could text Linda (906-290-3252) if they get stuck at the light we will wait on County B. Text again when you get through the light. We will travel a short distance on B until we take a right on County BB. This will take us to Marinette and we will travel along the Bay to Menominee and Berg’s Landing.
WE HAVE A MAX GROUP SIZ OF 36.
Please RSVP by August 21st so they have time to make arrangements for us. I prefer a text or email rather than an in-person RSVP since I may forget to add you. Please note that Linda and I have new cell numbers.

Mid America Motor Works Fun Fest

Mark Finco and Rick Northrup are gauging interest in the following event.

Rick Northrup and I have been thinking of going to the show at Mid America Motorworks Fun Fest on Sept 20 to 23, 2018. As I mentioned last night at the meeting, they are celebrating 25 years of this Corvette event, so the registration fee is free this year!

So far, we are just starting to explore this idea. We are trying to find out how many members would want to go or have some interest in this event.
